YouTube TV is Now Supported on Roku Devices

Google continues to up their game. With the recent release of a YouTube channel on Roku, you can enjoy all of the cat videos your heart could desire! However, they have not stopped there as the subscription package available offers live television as well.

YouTube TV has over 50 channels available for $35 per month, and until today it was the only US virtual TV service without a Roku presence. With the advent of the new channel though Roku users now have access to all of the major networks on YouTube TV. These include ABC, Fox, NBC, CBS, the CW, AMC, Disney, ESPN, Telemundo, and FX. Additional channels including Sports and specialty networks like Showtime are available at an added cost.

Cloud DVR

The true standout though might be the cloud-based DVR. With unlimited storage size and accessible through a “library” tab, you can record and store your favorite shows for as long as you want. YouTube TV allows up to six distinct profiles with a unique login and DVR storage space.
