The NHL has been celebrating its centennial (100th) anniversary this season. We started with thirty teams and its capped off with the last two in the return of the Stanley Cup Finals. The hockey finals will commence on Monday, May 29. This year’s finals feature the Nashville Predators and the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Predators are in the finals for the first time since the team’s inception in 1998. The Penguins are last year’s defending champions and are in their 6th final. They have won 4 titles overall.
